Mr. Satyanarayan Roy Mohapatra, also known as Richi Roy, is a Bengaluru-based MNC IT Delivery Manager, nationally recognized Cyber Expert and Advisor for India. He has empowered over 50,000 individuals in digital safety and has received more than 300 letters of recognition and awards across India.
His work has earned recognition from Shri Prithvi Raj Harichandan, Hon’ble Minister of Law, Excise, and Works, Government of Odisha, as well as the Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack, with consecutive recognition from 2023 to 2026.
ABOUT
Mr. Roy has emerged as a Cyber Sentinel of Odisha and India, working as a frontline defender against cybercrime. His initiatives include cyber-awareness programs for the general public and specialized training for law-enforcement agencies covering cybercrime detection, investigation, cyber hygiene, and AI security.
